Derby weekend is America's great dress-up sporting party: the Kentucky Oaks on Friday, then the Run for the Roses on Saturday under the Twin Spires. Seven Star builds the full weekend — reserved seating and hospitality, a Louisville base in the middle of the scene, mint juleps where they pour them best, and a Bourbon Trail day to round it out.
